When you have advanced on how to ride skate boards especially at high speed. So, you must consider the fact that you also need to know how to stop your skate boards. Try to imagine if you’re playing with skate boards on decreased road at high speed and suddenly have a new car out of a garage. You certainly do not want to humiliate yourself with jumping off your skate boards. So, it is important for you to learn how to stop securely. But of course you definitely want to do it like a pro to avoid looking stupid.

Following are the basics of using a skate boards footbrake.

The first thing you should do is put your front foot and turn your feet so that they face the nose of the board. You also need to bend to the front of the chest and let it also faces forward. After that, transfer all the weight on the front of your foot as you swing your foot out and back down to the ground. Try to keep your weight on the front foot and do not forget to keep the back leg straight until you lower to the ground. Do not lean back or forward during the skate boards  footbrake.

If you lower your legs back to the land is still straight, try to apply pressure to the ground with the shoe sole, and you continue to gradually increase pressure until you slow the speed of your skate boards. Try to remember that you must do so with rileks and easy.

When the skate boards is complete stop, you just stay put feet back on the ground.

Although this may seem easy to do, but still need some time to practice repeatedly until you can do it correctly.

With these simple tips and you can be sure to go to a lot of skate boarding safely. Always remember that skateboarding is not just playing on the speed and expertise in the various tricks, but also learn about how to stop a safe.
